Introduction
Main Functions
1.Load Bearing and Fixing：Act as the installation carrier for the electric hoist, bear the lifting mechanism (hoist body), and transmit the force of the hoisting load to the main girder of the double-girder crane.
2.Horizontal Travel:Perform horizontal reciprocating movement along the track (box girder / I-beam track) of the double-girder main girder, and cooperate with the longitudinal movement of the crane's main cart to achieve two-dimensional coverage of materials within the working area.
3.Coordinated Hoisting:Link with the lifting mechanism of the electric hoist to complete the full hoisting process of "lifting - horizontal movement - lowering".
4.Precision ControlSome models support frequency conversion speed regulation, which realizes stable adjustment of running speed and improves the precision positioning efficiency of small-tonnage materials.
5.Safety Protection:Integrate travel limiters and braking devices to avoid over-travel operation or accidental sliding, reducing hoisting risks.
