Single-beam rubber-tyred gantry crane is a mobile and flexible lifting equipment with a single main beam structure. It relies on the tire travel mechanism to achieve free movement without laying tracks. It is suitable for hoisting operations that require frequent movement in open-air cargo yards, warehouses, prefabricated component factories, etc. The tire travel mechanism can move flexibly on a flat site to meet the needs of different work points. The single main beam design reduces the dead weight and is suitable for small and medium-sized tonnage (usually 5 to 50 tons) hoisting tasks. It can be matched with an electric hoist or hook to achieve three-dimensional movement of lifting, horizontal movement and vertical movement. Compared with double-beam gantry cranes, it has lower costs, does not require a track foundation, and is easy to install.
Application:
Single-beam rubber-tyred gantry cranes are mainly used for material lifting in prefabricated beam yards and construction sites, container or bulk cargo loading and unloading in ports and logistics parks, and short-distance transportation of heavy goods such as steel structures and pipes.
